1. Eligibility:
• Items must be returned within 7 days of order you received.
• Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase is required (Order Number).
2. Process:
• Print our returns & exchange form at [website URL] to initiate a return.
• Fill out the return form and include it with your return shipment.

3. Refunds or Exchange:
• Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or we will send out the new item within 3-5 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the bank transfer(IBFT).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
